We’re seeking an Advisor/Project Coordinator to support a national programme of work focused on early employment education. This role sits within a Te Tiriti-led organisation, so a genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its principles is essential.
About the role
You’ll provide vital support to Senior Advisors, helping to deliver and quality-assure education programmes across Aotearoa. The role involves coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities and support workload management for Senior Advisors
Prepare meetings, materials, and documentation
Manage logistics and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Support quality assurance processes for education programmes
About you
We are looking to connect with people who are available to start straight away. You’ll bring strong organisational and communication skills, with a knack for juggling competing priorities. You’ll also have a collaborative approach and a commitment to kaupapa Māori and Te Tiriti principles.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience in advisory or similar roles
Strong administrative and planning skills
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Understanding of, or willingness to engage with, Te Ao Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Medical Administrator
$30 per hour | Central Wellington
Temp: Medical Administrator required for busy clinic in Wellington for cover from Mid-November through until early July 2026.
$30.00 Per Hour | Wellington Central
7 Month Contract

30 Hours Per Week - Full Time over Christmas Period
Reception and client care: Warmly welcome all clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
Office and Administration Support: Process all incoming courier parcels upon arrival and coordinate outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. Maintain accurate records and support general office operations as needed.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule client appointments with precision, ensuring all details are accurately entered into the system.
Waiting Room Management: Oversee the waiting area to ensure all clients are checked in and comfortable. Keep the waiting room and bathroom areas clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
Payment Processing: Coordinate client payments and invoicing via Xero. Banking reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Clinic Support Duties: Check all consulting rooms daily to ensure they are fully stocked with supplies, paper, and clean linens. Perform laundry duties throughout the day to maintain a clean and professional environment.
