Medical Administrator

$30.00 Per Hour | Wellington Central

  • 7 Month Contract

  • Immediate Start through to early July 2026

  • 30 Hours Per Week - Full Time over Christmas Period

  • Reception and client care: Warmly welcome all clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.

  • Office and Administration Support: Process all incoming courier parcels upon arrival and coordinate outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. Maintain accurate records and support general office operations as needed.

  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule client appointments with precision, ensuring all details are accurately entered into the system.

  • Waiting Room Management: Oversee the waiting area to ensure all clients are checked in and comfortable.  Keep the waiting room and bathroom areas clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.

  • Payment Processing: Coordinate client payments and invoicing via Xero. Banking reconciliation at the end of each shift.

  • Clinic Support Duties: Check all consulting rooms daily to ensure they are fully stocked with supplies, paper, and clean linens. Perform laundry duties throughout the day to maintain a clean and professional environment.
