Senior Business Analyst
We’re seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join a programme team delivering a Collective Agreement Implementation, with a strong focus on remediation and compliance anomalies. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in data analysis, payroll systems, and agile delivery.
What You’ll Do:
Analyse and reconcile large data sets to identify and resolve remediation and compliance issues.
Support the implementation of new system rules aligned with collective agreement changes.
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, a scrum master, and the programme lead to ensure accurate delivery.
Operate within an agile environment, providing clear documentation, insights, and data-driven recommendations.
What You’ll Bring:
Extensive payroll domain knowledge
Advanced Excel skills (essential)
Proven experience working with large, complex data sets
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Ability to hit the ground running and learn fast
Must be based in Wellington
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team (2 testers, 2 developers, Scrum Master, Programme Lead) driving critical delivery across a major implementation.
