Office Manager

$85,000-$90,000 + car park | Wellington Central

Our client works in the real estate sector, and we are seeking a driven and multi skilled Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in this fast paced and busy real estate office 

This role has a strong focus on financial management, team support, office management and leadership.

The preferred candidate will bring demonstrable experience in office management, coordination, stakeholder management and broad office support skills.  Your proven ability to add value to processes and offer financial support across a busy office environment will be the key to your success.

This role is permanent and attracts a generous remuneration package which includes a free carpark.

Reporting into a friendly, supportive and trusting CEO you will be offered plenty of runway to make this role your own and really put your stamp on it.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5 years + in an office management/operational lead role

  • Experience in finance administration including supplier invoicing, coding and expense tracking

  • Some skills and experience in HR including raising employment contracts and onboarding new staff

  • Smart leadership skills and ability to manage a small team of support staff

  • Great skills across a range of tools including the Microsoft Office suite

  • Experienced in raising formatting and proofreading a range of documents

  • A strong focus on relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
