Consultant- Claims & Customer

$55,000–$60,000 KiwiSaver + Health subsidy + more | Wellington Central

Be the go-to person for customers needing support with their tech repairs — including phones, smartwatches, laptops, TVs, plus more! Work closely with insurers, technicians, couriers, and internal teams to ensure each repair is handled with care.

You will

  • Be the point of contact for customer and insurance repair queries

  • Provide friendly, professional assistance across all channels

  • Keep customers and insurers up to date

  • Ensure all communication complies with privacy and security protocols

  • Organise courier pickups and repair bookings

  • Occasionally assist at reception - greeting clients and managing bookings

If you have

  • Excellent communication skills - especially verbally

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • A calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy environment

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
