Be the go-to person for customers needing support with their tech repairs — including phones, smartwatches, laptops, TVs, plus more! Work closely with insurers, technicians, couriers, and internal teams to ensure each repair is handled with care.
You will
Be the point of contact for customer and insurance repair queries
Provide friendly, professional assistance across all channels
Keep customers and insurers up to date
Ensure all communication complies with privacy and security protocols
Organise courier pickups and repair bookings
Occasionally assist at reception - greeting clients and managing bookings
If you have
A genuine interest in technology
Excellent communication skills - especially verbally
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
