My background spans IT recruitment, business development, and hands-on technology, having worked as an Innovation Project Manager building AI-driven tools and spending three years in payment technology with Verifone. This dual perspective in recruitment and delivery-side technical understanding allows me to work credibly with engineers, product teams, and business leaders, translating complex technical needs into practical hiring outcomes.
