After three years in recruitment, I’m thrilled to have joined the powerhouse team at Forté, a place that already feels like home!  My career has always centred around people, growth, and connection, which has led me to recruitment. Before this, I worked for over a decade as a Sales Manager, supporting both business and team development.

Early on in my career, I spent seven years running my own business, learning firsthand the highs and lows that come with building something from the ground up.

I get an absolute kick out of helping business owners find the right people who truly fit their culture and equally love helping our candidates land their next opportunity.
