Executive Assistant to Chief Executive

This is a varied role that combines executive assistance, governance administration, HR coordination, and communications support—perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executive Support
- Manage the CE’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare background papers, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and documentation
- Support contract management processes and ensure documentation accuracy
Council & Committee Administration
- Coordinate Council and Committee meetings
- Provide support to Council members
Human Resources Support
- Maintain HR personnel files and employment agreements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
Communications & Operations
- Assist with website updates and stakeholder mailouts.
- Maintain our operational handbook, ensuring policies are regularly reviewed.
